WHAT IS JOBS & MORE?

Carolyn is just one example of the people we have helped at Jobs & More. In 2007, we trained 124 people in employment related skills, 85 achievers entered employment, and are currently receiving mentoring and retention services. Now we need your help in order to continue to offer individuals in our community job and life skills training, support through mentoring, and assistance with obtaining and retaining employment.

HOW CAN YOU MAKE A DIFFERENCE?
You can make a difference in your community! Register now to walk and/or run in the Mother's Day 5K Walk/Run. Recruit your family and friends as pledge sponsors. Their tax-deductible donation will go directly toward providing much needed employment assistance throughout the community.

Race Date & Time: May 10, 2008, race begins at 9:00am
Location: Ferncliff Cemetery (N. Plum St. entrance)
Registration Fee: $15, after May 5, $20 (T-shirt not guaranteed after May 3)
Race Day Registration: 8:15 - 8:45 am

YOU COULD WIN IN MORE WAYS THAN ONE!
Along with experiencing an enjoyable and rewarding event, you will also be eligible for prizes for your fundraising efforts.

RACE PRIZES
There will be cash prize awards for the top three male finishers and the top three female finishers.

• First Place: $50
• Second place: $25
• Third Place: $15

There will also be prizes awarded to the children, so bring the whole family! (Strollers are welcomed)

PLEDGE PROGRAM PRIZES
There will be prizes awarded for raising money through the pledge program. Prizes will be awarded to those who:

• Raise $1000
• Raise $500
• Raise $250

There will be a GRAND PRIZE awarded to the participant that raises the most money! To be eligible for any fundraising prizes, all donations must be turned in by 8:45 am on Race Day to the Pledge Booth. Pledge donations are tax deductible. Receipts will be issued for donations over $250 or upon request.
